This is a lo-fi version of Glitch City Laboratories, meant for backup purposes. Everyone is encouraged to download a backup of the site every time one is made available, to prevent loss of all the research and data contained within GCL, should the website crash or something, which would really suck. The Glitch City Labs Team gives authorization for anyone to host this backup on their own website.

Description of Effects
TM23 is a glitch move that is inaccurate, but has incredible power (255, the most power any attack can have) and drains the foe's health like Mega Drain. It also has a lot of PP, making it fairly usable in battle. However, only one known Glitch Pokémon learns this move, and there is no currently known method for catching it without Gameshark. It has the same animation as Fire Punch.
